How to Login into Absher When Forgot Username and Password

Here are the steps on how to reset your password and check username in Absher platform:

• Visit Absher platform and select the password reset service “from here“.
• Provide the required information, including:
  •  ID number.
  • Mobile phone number.
  • CAPTCHA verification code.
• Proceed by selecting the “Next” option.

• Select one of the verification question as below:
  • Passport Number. 
  • Any Dependent’s Iqama number.
• Answer the selected question.

• Continue by clicking “Next“.
• Enter the activation code received via text message on your mobile phone.
• Confirm by choosing the “OK” option.
• The details of your username will be shown to.
• Set a new password.
• Re-Enter the password to confirm it.
• Finalize the process by clicking on “OK“.

Absher Login Forgot Username and Password Requirements

You can check the requirements for the password when reset it, as shown below:

• The password must have a minimum length of 8 characters to ensure security.
• It must include at least one uppercase letter for added complexity.
• At least one lowercase letter is required to balance character diversity.
• A numeric digit must also be included for enhanced security.
• The current password must be entered and should not match the newly created password.
• The password should not include any segment of the User ID that exceeds half its length to prevent easy guessing.
• Repeating any character more than half the total password length is not allowed.
• The new password and its confirmation must match exactly to validate the change.
